Who is invited:
What are these meetings about:
This series of 2.5-hour online meetings gives us the opportunity to look into health issues from a different view, the systemic angle. This means that we will take into consideration that the root of the health issues may lie within the family system of the sufferer, which includes their ancestry. We will also look at family dynamics in order to uncover hidden loyalties and dynamics within the family system. Sometimes we find unresolved trauma, passed down from our ancestors, inherited by our parents, ourselves or our children. A family constellation often brings to light those issues which have not been addressed or seen. Understanding more, getting a different and wider perspective and uncovering hidden (or unconscious) dynamics can bring relief, more inner peace and even full healing.
These online meetings can be booked independently; you don't need to book yourself on any consecutive ones, but you can. By taking part in several meetings, you may gain a huge amount of insight into the systemic approach, what causes illness, how to get better, or how to find peace.
Will I get my own constellation:
Only one participant will be able to have their personal work done during a workshop. We can't promise you that your online systemic exploration will be done on a particular date. Yet, just by participating, you may gain much deeper understanding about your own health issues or those of your client/child/friend.
Please note: A Systemic Exploration is not a substitute for professional, medical help. It is merely a tool for further insight and deeper understanding. Healing, nevertheless, has happened for many .
A Systemic Exploration is an inspiring and enlightening way of getting insights into health- and other issues. Its purpose is to bring more understanding and to connect us more deeply with our roots and with life.
It can bring to light hidden dynamics and loyalties which entangle us with others, and it helps us discover ways of healing and resolution. The process can be deeply moving and often shows surprising solutions.
All participants find inspiration and insight through taking part in Systemic Work.
All of these meetings will happen from the comfort of your own home. Just have water (tea/coffee) ready and maybe nibbles. There will be small breaks in between.
To secure your space, prepayment is necessary (no refunds). Please book via our "Home" page, where all our events are listed

These meetings are taking place on Zoom, and sometimes we'll use an online platform to make constellations visible, like in the picture on the right.
What: Nature Constellations working in the wild with what arises – facilitated by Silvia Siret and Richard Pantlin.
We will gather together and create a space on the grass, under the sky, surrounded by water, trees and birds where you will be able to voice whatever needs to be heard that Sunday morning. Collectively and guided by the elements, we will decide what needs to be explored more deeply.
This may be your individual issue resonating with others in the circle. It may be a shared concern at this time in this place.
We will trust the container of the Constellations method, of nature and of the facilitators to navigate safely whatever is most urgent, so as to bring shared understanding, learning and maybe healing.
We look forward to seeing you.
When: 23 August 2020, 10 am - 1.30 pm. Please arrive early, ready to start promptly at 10 am.
Where: In a wild space in nature in East Oxford (exact location will be given on booking).
Investment: A financial contribution in the spirit of gift culture. This means contribute what you can. We invite you to choose an amount that you feel able to afford or feel that the session is worth. We are asking for a minimum commitment of £10 in advance to register. A suggested range of additional contribution would be zero to £100 to acknowledge the time and skills of the two facilitators. This can be made in advance or on the day in cash or bank transfer.
Safety: Please bring a mask, your own drink and snacks for a short break. Our intention is to create a safe space for all according to the government guidelines at the time.
Booking: To secure your space, we ask you to pay the booking fee in advance (non-refundable but if the weather is too bad on the day we will set another date and offer a refund).
When: Dates will be announced.
Where: We're not sure yet.
Investment: To be announced. (Please use link provided below, which takes you to the Home Page, where events are listed for online booking.)
The first workshop of this kind was part of the Oxford International Woman’s Festival 2020 and was facilitated by Silvia Siret, women’s circles facilitator and relationship coach.
It was a great success. Therefore we will offer these workshops on a regular basis. Until further notice these will be hosted online.
If you would like to get a deeper understanding of what is holding you back from stepping into your power and would like to find a way forward, this might be the right workshop for you.
Through guided meditations, mindful movement and breathing exercises in your own space at home and exercises in pairs (can be done via Zoom), as well as group work, you will be invited to explore and let go of the layers which are covering your true self. The space will be safely held, and everything experienced and expressed will be kept strictly confidential.
Silvia is an experienced group facilitator and will make sure that everyone has a valuable time.
The meeting will start at 10 am and finish at 4 pm. There will be a one-hour break in between, as well as tea breaks, during which you can mute yourself and turn the video off.
You might think online work is not as deep as meeting physically in a group. But Silvia's experience is different. It is possible to create a safe space and go very deep in an online meeting.
TO BOOK: To secure your space, pre-payment is necessary (no refunds). Book through our home page, where all events are listed for online booking.
