What are these meetings about:
This series of 3-hour online meetings gives us the opportunity to look into health issues from a different view, the systemic angle. This means that we will take into consideration that the root of the health issues may lie within the family system of the sufferer, which includes their ancestry. We will also look at family dynamics in order to uncover hidden loyalties and dynamics within the family system. Sometimes we find unresolved trauma, passed down from our ancestors, inherited by our parents, ourselves or our children. A family constellation often brings to light those issues which have not been addressed or seen. Understanding more, getting a different and wider perspective and uncovering hidden (or unconscious) dynamics can bring relief, more inner peace and even full healing.
These online meetings can be booked independently; you don't need to book yourself on any consecutive ones, but you can. By taking part in several meetings, you may gain a huge amount of insight into the causes of illnesses and how to get better, or in the worst case, how to find peace.
Will I get my own constellation:
Only one or two participants will be able to have their personal work done during a workshop. We can't promise you that your online systemic exploration will be done on a particular day. Yet, just by participating, you may gain much deeper understanding about your own health issues or those of your client/child/friend.
A Systemic Exploration is not a substitute for professional, medical help. It is merely a tool for further insight and deeper understanding. Healing, nevertheless, has happened for many .
A Systemic Exploration is an inspiring and enlightening way of dealing with health- and other issues. Its purpose is to bring peace to the soul and to connect us more deeply with our roots and with life.
It can bring to light hidden dynamics and loyalties which entangle us with others, and it helps us discover ways of healing and resolution. The process can be deeply moving and often shows surprising solutions.
All participants find inspiration and insight through taking part in Systemic Work.
All of these meetings will happen from the comfort of your own home. Just have water (tea/coffee) ready and maybe nibbles. There will be small breaks in between.

The first workshop of this kind was part of the Oxford International Woman’s Festival 2020 and was facilitated by Silvia Siret, women’s circles facilitator and relationship coach.
It was a great success. Therefore we will offer these workshops on a regular basis. Until further notice these will be hosted online.
If you would like to get a deeper understanding of what is holding you back from stepping into your power and would like to find a way forward, this might be the right workshop for you.
Through guided meditations, mindful movement and breathing exercises in your own space at home and exercises in pairs (can be done via Zoom), as well as group work, you will be invited to explore and let go of the layers which are covering your true self. The space will be safely held, and everything experienced and expressed will be kept strictly confidential.
Silvia is an experienced group facilitator and will make sure that everyone has a valuable time.
The meeting will start at 10 am and finish at 4 pm. There will be a one-hour break in between, as well as tea breaks, during which you can mute yourself and turn the video off.
You might think online work is not as deep as meeting physically in a group. But Silvia's experience is different. It is possible to create a safe space and go very deep in an online meeting.
What: Family Constellations Workshops with Silvia Siret and Richard Pantlin.
These workshops are cancelled until further notice.
Where: In a beautiful, serene Workshop Space next to a private house in Headington, Oxford, near Oxford Brookes University (exact location will be given on booking).
Investment: £77 with own constellation (as issue holder); £37 without own constellation (as representative-only) - £20 of the fee is non-refundable at any time.
A Systems Constellation is an inspiring and healing way of dealing with personal, deeply felt issues, be they to do with relationships, health or life in general. Its purpose is to bring peace to the soul and to connect us more deeply with our roots and with life.
It can bring to light hidden dynamics and loyalties which entangle us with others, and it helps us discover ways of healing and resolution. When the inner order of the family is re-established with love, the way becomes free for our own purpose. The process can be deeply moving and often shows surprising solutions.
In a workshop several people have the opportunity to set up their own constellation with the help of representatives in the group. All participants find healing through representing in constellations.
We will provide biscuits (including vegan options), teas, coffee and cow’s, soya and oat milk.
Lunch is not provided. Either bring your food with you, or you can go to the nearby shops. Food can be eaten in the workshop space, but please bring your own cutlery.
Please use P&R, as there is only residential parking.
TO BOOK: To secure your space, we ask you to pay the full amount in advance (£20 is non-refundable). Book HERE
If you sign up for a place without your own constellation, you might still be able to enquire into an issue on the day if there is time, in which case we’d like you to give an additional £40 on top of the £37 fee.
