Creating healthy relationships

This 1-day workshop, facilitated by Silvia Siret, is for people who experience an issue or issues with any of their friends, relatives, colleagues/managers/peers/children or with their partner. We will attempt to find the root of the issue(s) by looking into the issue holder’s related system. A ‘System’ can be partner/children; siblings, parents, grandparents, aunts/uncles, great-grandparents etc.; or colleagues/managers; or friends/peers. It is not necessary to have all the facts of trauma/events that happened in the system, but it is helpful to have as much information as possible (it is not necessary for any family member/colleague/peer/ partner to be present).

You will have the opportunity to visualise your inner picture of your situation by using representatives from the group and shine a light on your sub-conscious mind. You may see what dynamics have led to the situation/issue and may be able to address the root of it in a safe space with healing words and expression of emotions. This is a creative, intuitive process and goes very deep, and may give you sustainable results. A new perspective plus higher awareness, as well as a changed attitude will help you see your path ahead more clearly and eventually lead into more peace within yourself.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us on ‘contact at’. We can arrange to chat over the phone.
